The office building at 454 Nepean Highway in Frankston has been a staple for many businesses since it was originally built. Located just a short walk from Frankston Train Station, Bayside Shopping Centre and the beautiful waterfront, 454 Nepean Highway has been home to businesses of all shapes and sizes over the years. But when it was recently purchased by new owners, they decided it was time to give this building a much needed facelift, which is where Wall Boulevard comes in.

The challenge for this project was finding the correct quality tile solutions that met the brief and complimented the professional yet modern and stylish feel that the refurbishment required.
