What we collect
When you contact us or send a put-aside list, we collect what you give us: your name, your phone number, your email if you add one and the items or message you send.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect standard analytics data: the pages you view, how you got here and your device and browser type. This uses cookies and similar technology.
Tools we use
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure how the site is used and to run and improve our advertising. This may include showing our ads to people who have visited before.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site such as clicks, scrolling and general navigation, so we can improve it. It masks text you type into forms.
- Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry or list to the right store inbox.
These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, put stock aside when you ask, run the store, improve the website and manage our advertising.
Cookies and how to opt out
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. You can turn off ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and list details only as long as we need them to help you and run the business, then we remove them.
Your information
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email luke@wallboulevard.com.au. If you are not happy with how we handle your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
